induce labor

I am 38 weeks Dr told me my baby is fully developed and can come anytime now. He said If I have any contractions or anything they won't stop them and they'll let me have my baby. So I want to take castor oil and get this going bcuz I'm very miserable. My family doesn't live near me and when I have my baby they said they are going to come and stay with me for 2 weeks. So I'm excited about that. I need them. Only thing is the thought of castor oil makes me want to gag! It's so gross. Even mixing it with juice it's gross bcuz it sticks to the cup. It doesn't get diluted

Sex, jumping Jack's, squats, warm relaxing bath, walking, going up and down the steps, dancing, other mommas on here swear by orange juice and milk half of each. Good luck momma. I will be 38 weeks Thursday. I'm so done. Lol

Yes I also did the crawling with my first n lots of walking n that put me in labor. Castor oil won't help you unless your actually in labor already, it just helps dilate faster.

I Heard crawling helps.. I'm 38 weeks and I crawled before my last appointment and now last time I checked (Thursday) I was 2 cm dialated.. Been having contractions on and off since last night.. Also lost my mucus plug today.. Crawling and walking helped me... Now it's just the waiting game
