Lot of confusion :/

This might be kinda long. So last night I had some liquid gush out, went to work this morning and had alot of thick milky discharge today. I didn't feel the baby move all day long so around 4 30 (5 hours ago) I called my obgyn. They told me I should go to the er. So that's what I did. They checked my discharge and urine and monitored the baby's hb. Everything checked out fine. About 8ish I started feeling the baby move. Now i'm home and my hips are killing me and i'm still having the discharge. I know the baby is okay, but i'm just a little confused why I am having all this discharge all of a sudden. I'm guessing my hip pain is just my boy sitting on some nerves. Any of you ladies have any similar stories?

maybe your waters are leaking... you dont need to loose your plug for that to happen

dont worry doctors are used to it :)  and never let that stop you from ringing or being checked out!! its their job and thats what they're paid for :), dont worry I still panic about certain things like babies movement etc as things can go wrong very quickly, I dont really muck around with stuff like that, if I havent felt bub move, and after a few prods and jabs from me etc, if that hasnt done the trick off I go, I'd rather be told that all is ok, than wait a day or two and have a different outcome :) discharge doesnt increase with everyone, as I said it does with me, you maybe the same, just the glands working overtime, your waters are usually clear and may have little white bits mixed in with it and smell  sort of sweet

I will. I've never heard discharge increases later so that is news to me (: i'm sure you know your stuff by now. I'm only on my first but I really want a big family. My dr is probably tired of me calling the office about once a week for the past month. It seems like something new and worrisom is happening all the time.

well it could be just more of the hormones kicking in, this may also be the reason for your hips getting sore as well, they're the reason we get sore hips, consipated etc as the hormones relax all our muscles, I've always noticed an increase in discharge in my 3rd trimester, just make sure its not itchy, then it could be the start of a yeast infection, , I do want to say though, just keep an eye on everything from bubs movements, the hips/pressure and your discharge, and if you do get worried about anything just go straight in to get checked again....

when I was around 37 wks I was putting the rubbish out and bent over, as much as you can at that stage, lol, and I had a squirt of liquid splat out onto my leg, I thought it may have been my waters breaking, but it ended up by being the babies head bouncing on my bladder, so it was a gush of wee! your hips will be from the baby, probably has nestled down abit further and the increase in discharge can be quite common in the third trimester, how far along are you now?
