Is it true eating raw meat or anything undercooked while pregnant could make your child go blind?
No, that is not true. When you're pregnant, your immune system is weak because of that sweet baby growing. Therefore, we are more likely to get sick with food poisoning as well as whatever you eat affects baby
You can get bacteria and parasites from undercooked and raw foods which effect the baby. I'm not sure what each one does to your baby though.
