So today im 11 weeks and i had a job interview at target which i got(: seasonally. im really excited because i need the money for the baby and my bf doesn't have a job yet but at the same time scared because what about when i start showing??im really petite so im guessing if they notice by the end of January theyll probably let me go which i dont want.wish me luck girls!(: i dont want to depend on anybody too much so i need to save.

I work for target so i can tell you target does not descriminate against pregnant woman. I worked my whole pregnancy which was 3 years ago and im now pregnant with my 3rd.  If you plan on staying beyond just seasonal though, i definately recommend being honest with them at some point.  I didnt tell them until i hit my second semester though. Just a thought.

Ya they cant fire u because of ghe baby but they can find another reason. Im in the same boat just got a job start thurs and almost five monthd preg...havent told them yet thank god im a big girl so i can hide it longer lol g.l

My sister in law had just told me that it would be discrimination but i mean because its seasonal i think as long as i do good;Aha wow youre lucky hopefully i dont show too soon i at least want to work a couple months before going on maternity leave.

No where an fire you because you're pregnant; that's illegal. I was also petite too and didn't start showing until about 24 weeks and in my work uniform you couldn't even tell at 32 weeks. Just now at 36 weeks customers are finally asking about my bump haha

Just try to be a kick a$$ employee. Make them love you so even after they find out they'll want to keep you.
