weird discharge

Ok ive been having some gooey discharge that  almost seems elastic. This has been happening for the last couple of days  Is this part of the mucus plug?? With my first i just remember losing the plug in one whole piece . Im 40 weeks one day and kind of confused

Sounds like mucas plug. Yiu can lose it in bits and pieces or lose it in one go.. best of luck.
