This might be a silly question.

But I must have slept on my stomach last night... And I woke up and I'm experiencing pains in my stomach. So... Can sleeping on my stomach hurt my little honeybee?

9 months and on my belly every night. Baby lets me know if I need to move.

No. Im 31 weeks and I still sleep on my belly..

Im 5 months and wake up on my belly all the time I have cramps sometimes but we are perfectly fine I'm expecting a baby boy

I'm 6 weeks and getting cramps a hot bath really helps trust me have one tonight and just relax it helps loads xx

I am also in 2months and i did the same thing everytime. I just forget that i am preggy and i sleep on my stomache. And have pains on my tummy. Same pinching hurt and sometimes more than just a pinch.  I worried about it.

Im 27 weeks and I can lay on my stomach a couple seconds then I give up. Its a boy.
My daughter was completely different. ..she sat all in my back and I would still be laying on my stomach right now! Lol

Nah you are fine. It doesn't hurt them. I'm 6 months n I sleep on half my belly still. N my baby girl is healthy. It's ok up until u feel u can't sleep on ur stomach anymore threw to having a bump.
