My due date was supposed to be yesterday but there's no sign of baby no pains nothing, I have an appt today and idk if I have dilated yet, im a little worried that im not dilating, I don't want to get induced I know babies come whenever they're ready so im not forcing my baby to come by trying all kinds of things but I do want her to come on her own, ughhh I just hope I get good news today..

I've been having a lot of sharp shooting pain when I walk around last week I was 2 cm this week I'm 3 just keep walking try raspberry leaf tea to help strengthen your uterus I'm 39 weeks

just walk everyday to.thin ur cervix out or dance your baby will come remember u have till 42 weeks then u should consider a induction okay. if you get induced after 42 weeks literally like the first day of ur 43 week. wait to get the epidural till ur at a five or six and push lil by lil  every or almost every contraction u will open up fast ok. Another thing to try to induce labor is sex because it releases oxytocin. or Google natural ways to release oxytocin which is what causes natural labor
