back relief?
Any suggestions im only 5 months and already having horrible back pain!
Try using hot pad...n apply sone muscle pain ointment. .both together worked wonder fr me.. !
Memory foam mattress topper, it has been a life saver! I got it at about 23 weeks pregnant im now 34 weeks today. Sometimes itll still get so intense and tight that I can barely breathe so ill take a hot bath then put on a lidocaine patch and lay down. :) the patches are prescription only so maybe ask your doctor about them or try over the counter ones like icy hot maybe. I'm not far behind you. I'll be 18 weeks in two days and a doctor suggested if Tylenol doesn't help to try getting a maternity belt
