I wont be taking anything. Do your research on pain medication, things like the epidural primarily effect the mom, others go straight to baby as much as to the mom. Look at the possible side effects, and choose from there what you would like to do!
I want to try everything before getting an epidural. Im not sure what that 'everything' is, i know they have breathing techniques and massages, breathing mask. Whatever they suggest im wanting to try....anythingbto avoid the epidural!
