severe upper abdominal pain

For the last couple of weeks I have been experiencing really bad upper abdominal pain. It's usually in my right side under my ribs and is constant for a few hours, wares off a bit then comes back just as bad. But, over the last 2-3 says it has been constant. Is this normal? Or should I call triage?
Any help would be great

Yes Gallbladder is very common had a friend who was having pains as well and she had to have hers removed after she had her child

My doctor is useless, I'm 29+4 and he has done nothing but make things worse whilst I've been pregnant. He prescribed me antibiotics for a kidney infection a few weeks back then 3 days later told me I didn't have a kidney infection and that I need to start playing football and going running... should I call the midwife?

Its common to have gall bladder problems. It's bad pain. Right after I had my daughter I had to get my gall bladder out. It could possibly be that. You are describing what I had too. Definitely make an appt with your doctor. Hope that helps.

I would call u always have to worry with pain on your right side with your appendix in that area I would check it out if pain is unbareable usually comes with fever as well but not always.. but I would get it checked to b safe
