I just went to the doctors and she told me I am 2 cm dilated...does that mean my little girl will be comming soon??? :)

Yes this is my first baby, and ooooh man I was hoping she would come soon, I only have 20 days left and I'm so anxious I can't stand it!

Dilating 1-3cm is only the beginning stage of labor and that sometimes takes weeks, once you hit 4cm the body usually, but not always starts active labor.

You could go for awhile longer. I was 3cm from 31-38 weeks.

At 37+2 I was 2 cm dilated. .. im 38 weeks today. . I wish it meant labor was soon

No you can be 2cm past your due date.
