Sorry jus seen your 24 weeks, try not to panic or stress I know easier said then done but its for the better I'm sure everything is fine :)
Yes cold n sweet, but if your really worried I'd just go to the hospital! How long has it been since you noticed any movements? How far long are you?
Drink cold water, eat something sweet, and I've read you can pat your stomach and baby will move. When my little girl hasn't moved in a while I eat ice cream or drink orange juice or what I'm craving.
