baby movements

I am 19 weeks and 5 days pregnant with baby boy number 3. My first pregnancy was a piece of cake. My second pregnancy had a few complications and near the end my placenta abrupted which almost killed me and my son. It led to a emergency c-section. With that being said with both of them the baby movements was never painful. Why is it with my third that the movements are really painful already. Any advise
