I know how you feel hun! My five year old is autistic except its hard to be active with him because of being prego and having his 2yr old brother to look after too. I think the pains youre getting are telling you to take a break. Not sure how far along you are but I know my boy is heavy lol. So I cant pick him up as much but he knows theres a "baby in mommy's tummy". Though he may not fully understand.
Have you talked to your son at all about the baby yet?
My daughter is two and 26 pounds. I've been lifting her regularly and I'm 35w4d. But, I'm also 3cm dilated and 50% effaced already and having contractions. I don't think lifting will hurt the baby if you're used to it. But if you're having pain you should limit the lifting or stop altogether if you can. I can't as my dd is a climber and likes to get in trouble.
My daughter is 17 months but very active.. playing with her and chasing her and lifting her hurts.. she's probably between 25-30lbs.. she's really tall. I would think its fine..just gives us a bad back I am now 39 + 2 and only pick her up when I have to as everything hurts so bad as it is..my body is killing me..pregnancy was soo much easier without another child to take care of x
I'm 29 weeks pregnant and he is 50lbs he is not chunky but very solid!! He doesn't ubderstand that I have baby inside of me. But I have tried being more careful
