long hot showers?
What's you guys opinion on having hot showers ? I love a long hot shower but I heard that it can actually be dangerous for the baby and cause development issues/misscarraiges .. Whats yer opinions?
It is not recommended by drs to do anything that raises your body temperature.
If you are unsure how hot is too hot take a thermometer with you. Your water should not make your temperature raise.
If you are still unsure call your dr to further inform you on what is safe and what is not :)
