How soon...
My last mp was 10/23 and I stopped my birth control hoping for my husband and I to start our little family! I have been on bc for 13 years and wondering if it takes a while for you body to adjust? Im sure it does but how long! My cycles are 28 days! I am now 5 days late! For the last week and a half I have very sharp pain in my stomach that were not like mentral cramps with nausea and for the last 3 days I've had cramping like menstral cramps and still nothing! I've takin 2 tests both negative but I think it would be too early for morning sickness or to show a positive pt. If we did conceive i would be 2-3 weeks. Any ideas?
What kind of birth control were you on? I was on the depo shot for a year and it took 6 months for me to have a normal period and 2 years to get pregnant.
Well I took a blood test and it was negative but still no menstral cycle. I still have cramping but nothing.
I did more research and I now understand what you mean! This makes me super excited! I will wait another week! Thank you so much!!! I actually have been naseaous eatIng certain foods! And things that use to sound good no longer do!
We had intercourse on 11/7/12 and 11/14/12 so this is why I was counting from there. Is that wrong?
When you on BC, and you stop usually you can get pregnant the month after.. Exspecially if you have no other medical reason, like not ovulating correctly. My sister was taking BC for almost 9-10 years, and she stopped, and was pregnant with my newphew the month after. He is now 4 years old. So it can happen quickly. but I am confused that you say you would only be 2-3 weeks, when you said you are five days late. are you counting the weeks from when hyou might have concieved, cuz if you are its wrong. You need to count the weeks from your late Menstral cycle. Being your last MC was 10/23 You would be more like 4-5 weeks along, due sometime in July or being of Aug.
PS your symptoms woudl technically be right on time since you are more like 4-5 if you were. I found out at the end of my 5 week almost 6 weeks, and I had cramping pain like you did and also very nausaus while eating certain things. This is also my first child.
Some women wont show that they are pregnant until they are furthur along. I would wait another week and take another test. Also try changing the type of test you used. I have heard other ladies on this forum state that certain type of test, didnt work for them while others do. If you still dont get you MC after two weeks, I would consider getting a blood test done.
