lost crib recall form

Omg so I'm getting together all the recall cards from everything that had one in my sons nursery and can't find the cribs recall card. Omg I've looked everywhere I think I threw it away by mistake. Is there anyway to replace it? I do have a warranty on it. But its through toys r us. Its a toys r us crib brand crib though. Ugh help?

Sorry if its a dumb question but is the recall card just in case it's recalled or did you get a card because its been recalled already.? Because I would assume if something's recalled they're supposed to replace it regardless.
