cramping can be very normal, a lot of us ladies on here have talked about having cramps for the first few months of pregnancy. i also posted here a while back about cramps as i was also worried and many told me not to worry, so long as the cramps weren't very bad and that i wasn't bleeding. cramps are often just a result of your uterus growing and things shifting in your abdomen. but of course, if you are worried go see your doctor.

good luck!

Does it feel muscular? Could it be gas pain?

I've had some back pain with this pregnancy since about 4 to 5 weeks but it has been more centred over my sacrum. However, I have read that women experience different types of back pain with pregnancy. My pain was from the hormones relaxing my ligaments and joints and started pretty much right away. Maybe this is what is happening for you?
