I'm also a ftm, almost 38 weeks, and also single and the dad isn't involved at all. I found out I was pregnant when I was 6 months and even before I found out I cried all the time. At the time I was diagnosed with depression and I feel like that still is a part but our hormones are playing a biig part too. My advice is to talk to people who u can trust about whatever is on your mind. It might seem like its stupid things but it feels soooo good to vent. And hugs really help. Especially from people who truely care and have been with you this whole time. I hope you feel better soon!:)

Have you been this upset before you got pregnant? On a regular basis I mean? It could just be stress and hormones, not necessarily depression. But tell your doctor and keep an eye on it.
