Does it mean anything that i have the most obnoxious stabbing sensation in my vagina? Im 38 weeks and as of this past friday dilated to 1..

Hopefully I will go soon. Today it's not so much the sharp vagina pains.. It's so much pressure in my pelvic area. It's to the point to where I can barely walk.

Mines also been going on a few weeks today was the absolute worst. Nothing helped sitting or standing. Good luck to you! Maybe well be on the same page and have "twins" ;)
I have been having the same problem today! I mean I have been having it for a couple of weeks but not bad.. Today it was terrible though! I do think it's baby working it's way and getting ready though so I think of it as a good sign. I'm also 38 weeks and I was dilated to a 1 last Monday. (:
