17 weeks and losing weight.

Hello I'm 19 years old. This is my first one. I had surgery at 14 weeks to have my appendix out. I lost some weight but I went back up to 171 and that's what I was last week at the doctor. I weighed myself today and was 163. I can't eat chicken or beef and my boyfriend and his family really don't want me eating sweets. I am getting worried. Can some one tell me what's going on? I am I freaking out for no reason?

Im also 19 and pregnant with my first. My weight would fluctuate up and down; my doctor said it was ok, she didn't seem concerned. In my 18th week I had gained two pounds from 169 to 171. Now im 21 weeks and still at 171. My baby is heathy so I wouldn't be too concerned, but I would check with your doctor :)
