CANT STOP POOPING.

Ok Im only 5 weeks pregnant and Ive been having abnormal bowel movements at least 3 times a day. Im not eatig more fiber than usual. I dont quite know what to do to make it stop. My first doc. appointment isnt until December...

Enjoy it while it lasts! I pooped a lot, then when the hardcore 12x a day vomiting began I guess I didn't have enough fluids in me and got terrible constipation.  I'm 17 weeks & have to drink apple cider vinegar (with mother) everyday as well as take probiotics & papaya enzymes when I eat to stay regular nowadays.  Annnnd that is all on top of drinking extra water and loading up on fiber & Greek yogurt.  Just part of being pregnant.

Actually if you wanna stop yourself up, eat plain white rice, bananas, or hard cheese like cheddar. Those are things that constipate. But again, you're lucky you can go lol

I block up when I take iron.  You might buy a supplement of just iron and take a pill a day, it could slow the action down.

Happened to me as well, it stopped around six and a half weeks for me.
