Im 13 weeks and want to highlight my hair but i keep seeing people that say no and some say yes ita fine??helppp
You also have to remember that your hormones can mess up the color.
Avoid using amonia dyes if u cannot wait which would be better
I think you are supposed to avoid dyes with ammonia as well
Yes, as long as your in a well ventilated area. And you're in your second trimester. Which u are. Perfectly fine!!:)
