Early labor?

I had a hard time getting to sleep last night because of anxiety and I felt so nauseated. I felt so much pressure on my chest that I was having trouble breathing. I woke up 4-5 times because I had to pee so bad! It felt like I had been holding a full bladder for hours each time. Then I was woken up by a cramping pain in my left hip that went from my back to my stomach and down my leg. I couldn't sleep through it anymore and decided to just stay up and then I started having what felt like period cramps. Assuming they were braxton hicks I tried changing positions and they haven't gone away so I don't know if they're real contractions. I timed them for an hour and they were about 6-7 minutes apart for an hour. I am feeling alot of pressure on my butt like I have to fart or something (tmi i know) my lower back is aching too. The contractions don't seem that intense anymore but Idk, this is my first baby I don't know what's normal or not. I'm currently 37+5 weeks pregnant.

I would call and see what they say to do at least. They might have you stay home until your water breaks or they might have you come in to see if its the real deal, but you should just let them know so you know what to do!

I'm not sure if I'm being dramatic or if it's the real thing. I had an appointment yesterday and my OB said I wasn't dialated at all. That's why I'm confused. I have a pretty high pain tolerance so I'm not sure if this is what it really feels like.

You should call your doctor. Just from the contractions and pressure they will want you to come in, I'm almost 35 weeks and went in a couple days ago for the same reason but they stopped my contractions. Good luck and hope its time!
