mother not being supportive

So since I told my mom I was pregnant she is just not into my pregnancy its my first child, and also her first grandchild...im 7 months pregnant and not even once she asked me how I was feeling or how is my baby doing, or offered to go to any appointments with me...she never got anything for my baby except one outfit for christmas and that was it! Every time I see my step dad he always ask hoe im feeling and how is my baby but she cant even do that...it really hurts me that my friends are more supportive than her! I dont understand why she acts like this, its her first grandchild I thought she would be all over it...I know I should sit down and talk to her and tell her how I feel but at the same time I think to myself like wow really? I really need to have a talk like this with my mother who should be the one to be there for me the most! Sorry its soo long, I just feel hurt right now...

You can't force her to be a certain way. You can choose how you react to her. Talk to her and explain you need her support explain exactly how you feel and ask why she is this way. Hopefully she will try to be more caring and change but if she doesn't there's nothing more u can do at least she will know.

Tell me about it my mom doesn't like the idea either it's my second pregnancies since my miscariage on oct 2013 and she always trying to get me mad and making me feel bad uhh get over it I'm pregnant and I want my baby so why can't she just understand it's my life but their some people that are not happy but I have to be stress free and relax I feel you hope everything goes well !✨
