Cutting Myself
Lately I been cutting myself only if somebody knew how rough my life is ... I can't take medication for it because I'm already a high risk pregnancy .. What do I do ? I'm scared I'm gonna end up losing it one day !
What you do is stop cutting and start talking to someone. Life is hard Everyones got problems that don't always match up to the norm that others may face. But to do self harm isn't a solution to the problems life throws your way. I tried commiting suicide, (several years ago when life was not its best for me) my younger sister was cutting herself as well because life right now for her or my family is easy right now. Your not weak, so why make yourself look that way? Even if you don't have someone to talk too write down your feelings on situations that arise and in the meantime find someone you can just vent to. You don't have to tell them your cutting or anything you don't want to, but knowing that someone is there to listen helps. If you feel like you can't live for yourself, find someone to live for. Like your baby. But stopping will also lower the risk of getting an infection in your blood. If you need to talk private message me, I'm always open to listen to anything. But you are stronger than what life has thrown at you, you just gotta step up and take it over yourself.
Maybe you can talk to a therapist or something.
You really shouldn't be cutting yourself when your pregnant that could really hurt your baby, even kill it if you do that a lot ... Please just think of the little one growing inside you he/she needs you to be strong for them mama. I'm sorry your going through such a hard time right now, you can mssg me anytime if you need someone to talk to. Try and get some help, a therapist or something cuz that isn't good for your child at all..
