I went bowl not too long ago. I was very sore later in the night and all day on the next day. But I think I over did it. I think if your careful and don't over extend yourself, then you should be fine.

I went bowling for my very first time when I was 7 months pregnant. It hurt really bad to do it the normal way, so I did it granny style lol. I used both hands on the ball between my legs. I even won!

I played at 8 months prego. Just be careful and use a light ball

I have gone bowling but after a while my stomach starts hurting I don't suggested.
