my birth story

Well ladies my beyond beautiful baby girl entered the world 11-20-2014 @ 12:54 pm weighing 5 lbs 15 oz. I planned an all natural birth but due to my baby girls breech position drs did a csection at 39 weeks. I went to my appointment at 9 a.m to confirm by ultrasound she was breech and was already 3cm dilated and having regular contractions and from there went to the hospital and immediately started getting prepped for surgery it took 2 nurses a phlebotomist and anesthesiologist 5 times to get the i.v in and 2 sticks for bloodwork after that i was brought to the surgical room to get the spinal which they said would take 5 mins and ended up turning into 30+ mins of them shoving needles in my back and hitting nerves that sent the worse pains I've ever felt in my life down my back hip and leg. After that the dr came in and delievered our baby girl everything went smoothly from there and about an hour or two of waiting for her to be bathed and temp regulated they brought her to my room and she immediately latched on perfect to nurse. Im so in love shes absolutely gorgeous :)
Goodluck to all you expecting mommas theres no greater feeling in the world !
