Awsome, i had no idea swimming was so good for pregnancy now i really want to go especially after all these great responses!
Oh yeah! I was the same way at first, and now that I'm in the middle of my 2nd trimester I'm finally getting back to normal lol. But its deff better to ask than to do it and regret it :)
I think pregnancy wise u will b fine sense baby is well protected and I'd risk sinus issues cause swimming right now for me would probley feel amazing loosing up all the muscles without stressing them my doc said its really good to swim when pregnant or just stretch out in the water.uugghh your luck.
Aww you dont have to be self concious hun, pregnancy is a beautiful thing (:
I dont think she was either lol im just saying i dont want anything happening to my baby, i think its pretty normal to feel that way, especially as a ftm.
It's totally safe, I would go swimming I'm just too self conscious :/
I wish it was warm enough here to go swimming! lol
Lol @ the bubble girl comment, i don't think she was trying to be rude, just a funny way of telling you not to worry about it :) but i agree, i was a swim instructer and swimming is one of the best excercises for you while pregnant because it works out your whole body but doesn't put pressure on your joints!
Lol becoming bubble girl is super common so don't sweat it. Enjoy the pool :)
Im not trying to become a bubble im asking if its safe , dont want nothing to happen to my baby through me getting sick, obviously, anywasys thanks girls sounds like a plan then,(:
Pool exercise is suppose to be really good during pregnancy,id go if there wasnt a crap load of people in there with me (cause you KNOW someones gonna pee lol)
i loved swimming with my last pregnancy n i plan to do it with this one. it just makes you feel so much lighter and it took away all my back pain and any cramping in my legs that i had. i get tract infections easily but i was ok with the pool. its going to be your personal preferance but in my opinion i get sick more when i try to prevent getting sick
I think you're being way too over cautious. Relax. Don't become bubble girl just because you're pregnant.
