any physically activities mommies to be

I'm now 10wks pregnant today. And I enjoy running,  swimming, walking, and bike riding. Any other still working out ? If so what are your regimes ?

As long as you been doing it 8 weeks before pregnancy you can continue whatever you were doing already. I am high risk pregnancy and I had to slow down but I was still lifting heavy at till I was 6 weeks. I probably wouldn't ride a bike cause it positions you pelvic in a bad position for a long period of time. Other then that keep body mechanics well and you'll be fine

I walk 30-40 minutes a day. And gonswimming maybe once a week. I also use my birthing ball a few times a week for squats and pelvic rotation.
