My sperm doner thinks that he can be a grandfather when he couldn't even be a father to his 3 kids! Am I wrong for telling him no? He gave me up and I was adopted. He was to busy trying to get his **** wet rather then be a father and help my mother. I was kept away from him till I was 18 by court order. He just really pisses me off. All 3 of his kids are going some where in life when all he is doing is running from the cops cus he owes over $100,000 in child support.

I also can see both sides. In the end it is your decision, if you don't feel comfortable with him there then there's nothing wrong with that. But I also see his side and he probably just realized he wasn't there for his kids but wants to be for his grand kids.

My father was a really bad father, 4 weeks ago he took his own life and I found him..I'm 33 weeks,  he left me a note explaining about his severe health problems and depression and he apologised for not being a good father. You don't have to have him in your babies life but just think about it and maybe give him a chance...its amazing how much you miss someone when they're no longer here x

He lies about his past relationship to New gf and tells them that his children got taken away....( cry me a river you gave us up)  he's just not a good man. I even tried having my husband meet him and my sperm doner talked down to him!

Dang.. idk i always see both sides. Your child can be his second chance at trying to be a good father. If he wants to be there and just for positivity why not? I gave my father a second chance he fisappeared wheni  was two. When i found him at twenty i feel like it was such a benefit. Maybe you have a good reason for your resentment but y keep that negativity there :/??
