too soon to be leaking ??

Im 26 weeks pregnant and my nipples have been hurting a lot. I can't even touch them at times. i have noticed that water or colostrum idk comes out of them especially the left one.  Is that too soon to be leaking?

Im a ftm mom as well. I knew they would leak but didn't think it would happen this early.
