All of the things above and nipple stimulation as it contracts the uterus, tricking the body. Thats why breastfeeding helps the uterus tighten. As soon as i done that for about an 30 mins i could feel cramp after that and it continued throughout the night then the next day i has my baby.

I took 5 evening primrose oil pills vaginally for two nights and was in labor the next morning. It works for so many women

Not trying to ruin your hope, but I have tried EVERYTHING in the book! From walking, climbing stairs, rough sex 2-3x's a day, pineapples & pineapple juice, evening primrose oil orally/vaginally, birthing ball for hours, only eating spicy foods, nipple stimulation, masturbate get & so on..... after having my membranes swept/stripped & doing all that daily for a week, I was devastated to find out I hadn't dialated anymore than I had the week before.

But gl, everyone & every pregnancy is different. Wish you well!
