(With lemon ginger tea, it tastes like froot loops btw. Best thing ever.)
I use lemon ginger cookies and tea, whole wheat crackers, and the occasional ginger ale that I've let mostly fizzle out (: works like a charm for me! (Especially if you don't like super sugary remedies, cuz for me sugary and high-calorie and fat things have always made me feel more sick. It also takes a little getting used to! Whenever you feel sick of being sick all-day-every-day, just remind yourself of how bamf you are because YOU are growing a person.
Frozen starburst have helped me more than mints. People keep saying it passes...I'm 13 weeks and waiting...good luck!
Some of these are helpful thank you its hard for me to keep food in my stomach. .....
Before I was pregnant I want a big Easter maybe one meal would hold me over until the next day. ..... so I'm trying to get used to making sure I remember to eat. ...... also we are very poor its hard to keep food in the house and clean clothes. .......I will deff have to get some pepper mints and crackers never been a big fan of lemons and limes though
Try to get hungry always have snacks on you. Try saltine crackers. What helped me was lime with water and a pinch of salt.
Hope this helps.
Eat small meals..staying hungry makes us sick.. never go in starving mode..try ginger..it truly helps
Salty foods (pretzels, crackers, chips, etc) might help. They were my godsend the first time but have not helped at all this time. Sucking on a hard candy like a peppermint might help. Sucking on lemon or lime might help. Chewing gum might help.
Keeping something in your stomach if possible definitely will help, as will staying hydrated. Try different things. What works for me may not work for you. All my baby wants is pineapple and bananas.
