contraction question!
I'm 38w4d and I've had some contractions, but still not quite sure what to expect. Does your whole belly get hard/tight? Like the sides and the front or just the front? And does it feel almost like you have to pee sometimes? This is my first baby and I'm still learning.
U will know when u are having them lol. It hurts. A lot. Feels like a huge menstrual cramp. It gets very tight.
