Should I be concerned?

I woke up in the middle of the night last night with a really upset stomach.i still feel super nauseous and it's hard to me to even drink water. I've also been contracting for the past few days. Im 37 weeks, should I go in and get seen?

I wake up with nausea every night now:/ 35weeks.. water doeant help at all. They say milk helps. The couple times ive tried it, i drink a small glass and it helps enough for me to fall back asleep. Hope that helps:/

If you are concerned I would go in and ask and get checked out. Better safe than sorry!
