Im looking for a new house before my baby gets here but im scared ive left it too late im due on 31st of march and still need to find the perfect house then wait for all paperwork to run through then decorate and put together all the furniture arhhhh so stressful

We bought a foreclosure house in july and we had to remodel the whole house it want be ready until March but I'm due april 20th so good luck

I bought my house at 38 weeks pregnant! Lol. Got all the water and electric turned on before the baby was born. My baby was born Dec 15th. My mom helped me A LOT and so did my boyfriend, when I was in the hospital they moved all the babies stuff over to the house, my mom did the decorations. And our new neighbor actually helped us get furniture in. I would say if you found a house NOW and had everyone help you, you could pull it off.

I was supposed to be buying a house but work messed my wage slip up for this month and last month so I cannot qualify for a mortgage until its sorted which wont be until atleast the 15th of January

You definitely did wait a lil to long say especially if it's an awesome house and a short sale but escrow itself is a super long process. Good luck
