red-ish spot on my undies!
Today when I was taking a shower I notice my underware have a lil redish spot, dont feel any pain, or cramping or anything. Its just that I lifted a heavy stuff and helped my husband cleaning his truck. Is this normal coz I lift a heavy stuff?should I be worried? Im 21weeks today.
I lifted a really heavy box ay work and carried it about 50 ft. I spotted as well and called the doctor. They told me if I wasn't cramping and the bleeding had stopped not to worry. But with that said, bleeding after the first trimester isn't normal. So to be safe call the on call doctor
