no baby room : (

So I'm kind of disapointed that we arnt able to move into a new house till summer and our little one won't have her own room till she is 6 months old. I was excited about decorating her room. Anyone else have to share a room with their baby?

My babys crib is within 3 feet of my bed...we are in a 2 bedroom with my brother in law occupying the other.i think its better that way for now...but my plan is by 1 year hes gotta go into a separate bedroom ...dont want him to be clingy or scared to be in a room alone

Decorating the baby room is fun, but really most people don't use it till the baby is older.. Having baby close to you is convenient and you'll get more sleep.. Doing it when baby is 6months may be more fun too.. I get to figure out how to make room for this little one in my five year olds daughters room..

My baby will have it's own room, but I'll still probably keep him/her in my room at night for a while for safety issues, and to give myself piece of mind.

my baby will be in our room till hes 9 months old. we have a 1 bedroom apartment right now and wont be getting a 2 till then. and honestly, they are usually in your room when they are still little anyway. and i think it will be much easier on me for middle of the night things like feedings and diaper changes and whatever else he needs. as long as your good at staying organized it will work just fine. :)

I agree. My son sleeps in his toddler bed in our room. He loves the closeness and so do we. Only problem is my hubby and I don't have sex in the bedroom anymore. Only the other parts of the house while he's sleeping :)

My baby won't have his own room for a while we simply can't afford it. I'm not to worried about it because you bond more with baby close to you then far from you. That's my thoughts.
