The only thinng I could keep down were ice chips.. maybe you can try that also ice pops? I could never keep down water. You could try plain seltzer water that also was OK.. with a slice of lemon
Vitamin water would be a good option too.
Try drinking ginger ale or gatorade with a straw.. or icewater with a straw just sip it really slow
I dont like water much so I drink alot of milk and also cranberry juice. Coz I have to pee heaps dribk that to keep any UTIs at bay
Sounds like morning sickness. Unfortunately it doesn't just happen in the mornings. I had it all hours of the day. My OBGYN prescribed me a medicine that helped a lot. Had to take it quite frequently at first then just if I ate a super good meal I didn't want to lose. Haven't had to take it for months now.

thanks everybody!! im going to try drinking smaller amounts. im able to keep food down its just everytime i drink water i get nauseaus & have to throw up :( i guess ill grab some gatorades. just making sure its ok to drink that. thanks loves :)
You could always take strawberries or any type of fruit you like, out it up and put them into a gallon full of water and let it sit over night. The longer it sits the better the taste. That's what's helping me right now. Good luck girl!
Try drinking apple juice and orange juice :).. and maybe waters just not cold enough?? I can't drink water unless I have ice in it

Is it only water that your throwing up? Or are you able to keep other things down? Try drinking gatorade if you can, or a drink that is high in electrolytes and vitamins. I had this same problem when I was 10 weeks and I had to go to the hospital to get iv fluids. But don't try and take gulps of water, just start by sipping and if you are able to handle that then gradually change the amount you consume:) don't worry morning sickness should go away soon, good luck. And congrats on baby!
coke lemonade they will give u the sugar u need an if u drink them flat they wil help
