I just got mine done about 3 hours ago. Hurt like a son of a gun! Doctor said I could have my water break within 2 days. What are your stories? How long did it take you?

I hope it happens soon, I'm so ready to be done. My body is cleaning itself out, if you know what I mean... So maybe she'll come soon. I get another one on Wednesday, which is my 39+1 week mark.

I had mine done at 38 weeks and it helped a little then I had another one at 39 weeks and 6 days and my water broke 2 hours later then had my baby boy in 7 hours!! And I was only 2 cm.

I just got mine done yesterday and have had horrible cramps hip pain and back pain. I was dilated to 1cm and 50% effaced. I hope it helps me get farther!

I had one done at 38 weeks with my vbac baby. I was 3 cm 30% effaced. It didn't put me into labor but that coupled with walking and squats helped me dilate over the next few days. I started labor at 39+2 at 5cm 60% effaced.

I had it done and it didnt do anything for me. I still went 5 days overdue. And they did it at 39 weeks and 5 days.

I was only 1 cm and 50% when they did it earlier. Yesterday I was only 25%! I was surprised. I hope she comes soon. Any stories?

Yeah theyll only do one if youre already dilated and effaced a lil
