I was the same way! I ate lots of fruit and it helped, but everyone's different. I actually lost weight at first, im 16 weeks and i just recently got my appetite back. Goodluck and congrats! (:
Yup! Im 14 weeks and feeling much better lately but I have no desire to eat meat now! I eat alot of fruits and veggies but the idea of meat is extremely unappealing! Also I sometimes just don't want anything or nothing sounds good but for my baby I eat something :) congrats girl I hope you have a great pregnancy!

Yup, I was the same.
In fact, at 21 weeks there're still days when I don't want anything.
Whenever that happen, I'll have a bowl of multigrain cereals with milk, eat fruit and drink lot of water.
Make sure you take your prenatal vitamins and you will be fine.
Im 5-6 weeks n kina gone off the thought of eating but im constantly hungry!
