my Husband Had ToMove To atlanta For Work So IM 38 Weeks Pregnant And Alone.IM Not Use To Sleeping Alone And So I've Found That I Seriously Can't Sleep. It's Been.A Week And I Have Only Slept A Few Hours. I Have Constant migraines Because Of Lack Of Sleep. Is There Anything I Can Do? I Use To Take trazadon For Insomnia But It Makes Me Super Paranoid And I Have Night Terrors :/ Idk What To do.

I had to take Benadryl for a rash I developed a few weeks ago. It didn't help the itching but it did help me stay asleep. I would also try a body pillow. My husband and I have worked opisit shifts for most of our relationship so I sleep alone half the time and the pillow helped me in the beginning.

Alright I'llSee What The Doctor Says This Wednesday. I Was Fine On My Sleep Meds Until I Got Pregnant And Now IEnd Up Irrational And Paranoid And Not Having mY Husband To Keep.an.Eye On Me In My Half Awake State IM A Little Hesitant To Take Anything New.

I am so sorry to hear that your alone, but remember your never alone! You have your little gift in your belly! You also have God for support. As for the migraines and not sleeping I would definitely talk to your doctor, also make sure your taking in a lot of fluids, because that can cause head aches. Even though your pregnant I believe your allowed to take tylenol PM and possibly prescription ambien. Run it by your doctor there's a lot of safe things you can take while pregnant.

My boyfriend works in pipelining...so I feel ya.  I am 18wks 6days today and haven't seen him since 2/12/14. He is in colorado I am in wisconsin. He is scheduled to be there until june :( however I am driving my prego butt, my 5yr old hyper son and 2 dogs to go see him end of april. It's extremely difficult and I know exactly how you feel, however at this point I sleep ok probably because I am used to him being gone and since I have my son cuddle with me.
