I can't wait to have my baby . What can I do to self induce ?
Things will happen when your body and babys ready hun just relax and enjoy the last week of your pregnancy I no its hard and long I no I was where you are I had my daugther 40+2 7weeks ago nearly but good luck
I tried everything when i was past 40 weeks nothing worked for me but u can try walking alot nipple stimulation and sex if u feel comfterble doing it. Honestly the baby will come when he or she is ready but if you feel like u just cant take it any more than you can ask your doctor if they can induce you
