I'm 37 Weeks, ready....how can i make labor any more quicker? Any ideas, nothing harmful just ideas...walking up down stairs, round block,etc.
Hon baby is in there for 40weeks for a reason and where I live they let you go up to 42weeks before inducing. Baby will come when ready..the longer your baby is in there the better..no need to try and go.into labour yet
Drink lots of pineapple juice and take evening primrose oil, to soften the cervix. Sex. You can look up acupressure to induce labour, there is a very effective spot on the inside of your ankle. But honestly, until baby is good and ready you'll just frustrate yourself trying. You might end up with lots of annoying but unproductive false labour. Best to plan something special every day, visit a friend, go for ice cream, take in a movie, get a cute hair cut.
Just let the baby cook, my little one came a week late we tried everything but nothing helped baby will arrive when ready, good luck and congrats!
