Someone please help,I'm scared!

It's 3:31am here where I am and I haven't been having a very good nights sleep..I could feel myself tossing and turning every few minutes..I am 26w 1d btw..anyways about ten minutes ago I woke up to an extremely sharp (tearing like) pain in my right side but in my back like where my ribs are a little above my hip bone..it hurt so bad when I tried to take a deep breath like something was ripping in there to the point where every time I tried to breath in fully I'd say ouch! And grab my back..I went and peed and came back and just sat on the edge of the bed for a minute..all of a sudden it went away just as quick as it came..it lasted probably a minute or two at most but was scary and painful..I'm feeling the baby move, she's been moving around every since it stopped but I'm just laying here terrified to even move..can someone tell me what's wrong?or what went wrong?i have a doctors appointment today at 1:00 pm and I'll be having my glucose test..should I wait til then and mention it when I go in or what should I do?there is no pain now.

Probably stretching.  I use to have tearing pains so bad that I couldn't move. I did my head in the whole pregnancy with every twitch. Its normal for u to do it but if ur bubs moving then they are fine. Especially if there is no bleeding. .... take some deep breaths and try to sleep. Contact your doctor in the morningto make your self feel better

Yea I have had a similar experience and I noticed it was from having a full bladder & constipation. Once I got things moving the sharp pain went away. Definitely mention it to ur doc.

Thank you for responding!and I'm hoping it was nothing since it went away so quick and she's bouncing around in there.if it happens again I'm definitely going to call the hospital but I'm still going to mention the episode to my doctor at my appointment today.

Honestly it's hard to say. Pregnancy will give you ALL sorts of pain.

Sounds normal though. I've had extreme sharp pains on my bikini line and it was deep deep deep in my body like some thing was stretching and inflating at the same time.

Turns out it was round ligament pain. Man did it hurt.

And I will add that now I feel the urge to use the bathroom(#2) but I'm thinking it's from being so panicked and worried..??I'm sorry I'm so paranoid I'm a ftm so pregnancy aches and pains are new to me and I just wanna make sure me and baby girl are okay and healthy!
