I'm feeling the same I'm 18 weeks my doctor told me just to stretch and try yoga.
Stretching, warm bath, tylenol, and when you sit put a pillow behind your lower back to lean back on the extra support can do wonders. I'm 22weeks and my mom has a temperpedic bed with lifting base as I swear I spread all my spare time in her bed it's the only place I can be comfortable
I'd do all the stretching and working out. It helps and is good for you. But I also go to the chiropractor. It's helped make it so much more bare able. I'm 38 weeks and still go. It's great!
