My ob prescribed zofran, and I've found lemon also worked really well first thing in the morning, like a glass of lemonade.

Protein can also help, like cheese or chicken.

Thanks i just ate some crackers, with a little peanut butter, it was hard to get the crackers down dry and i feel a little better. I heard that sour stuff helps some ppl i might try that later on if this keeps up.

mint helps, I keep soft peppermints on hand, and peppermint tea. I've also heard ginger can help.

Like above, try and keep crackers beside your bed for when you wake up ... The doctors can also give you pregnancy safe medicine to ease it if it gets unbearable.

Don't get out of bed as soon as you wake, and keep crackers near you. Move slowly, and keep gingerale in your house
