Does it mean my uterus is growing or stretching when my abdominal hurts? If so wats the feeling?

i have the same problem. I tried walking for exercise but its too painful. And have the bowel movement pain too:( terrible.

It feels like sharp pain or period cramps i had them bbad the other night

Yeah i was doubled over crying at the pains I was getting and was really worried but to hospital assured me that it was my bowel or my body stretching.

Thank you I was wondering cuz I was worrying that something was wrong cuz wen it hurt it hurt for me to even walk

Yeah that's what it is..
Or it could be your bowel if you have any constipation.
But I got really paranoid and didn't listen to anyone and went to the hospital and they told me exactly the same.. its just your body moving and stretching to make way for baby :)
