Stuffy nose

What are healthy ways to get rid of a stuffy nose/cold at 6 weeks?

Stuff like that comes and goes I hear. Some nights I can't breath at all through my nose and have to take Benadryl then I'm fine. Good lucl

You can try a Netty pot. Uncomfortable but it gets rid of nasal congestion and Benadryl is ok to take

I just got over a cold about a week ago...I didn't take anything for it...I just drank hot lemon honey tea every 2 to 3 hours...it worked for me and I just got lots of rest....The concoction consist of 2 tbl spoons of lemon juice..3 tbl spoons of honey and boiling hot water...fill cup up half way and sip.....although its called lemon honey tea...there isn't tea in it......hope you feel better.

You can't use any nasal sprats is what I was told but I did snort salt water and it helped temporarily. Unfortunately, stuffy nose is just part of early pregnancy. It was actually what made me test!

Thanks before i found out i was pregnant i tried every medicine now im scared to take medicine. Are there any kind that are safe?
